Returns and complaints policy

1. General provisions

1.1. Scope of application
These Returns and Complaints Regulations (hereinafter: "Regulations") apply exclusively to purchases made by business entities (B2B), i.e. entrepreneurs or persons conducting business activity who purchase goods for purposes directly related to their business or professional activity.
2K-Trade Sp. z o.o. may accept orders via the Internet (e.g. via its website or by e-mail), but these are intended exclusively for business customers (B2B).

1.2. Purchases by individuals
2K-Trade Sp. z o.o. does not conduct distance (online) sales to consumers (individuals purchasing goods for purposes not related to business activities).
If a natural person (consumer) wishes to purchase goods, they may only do so during a personal visit to the 2K-Trade Sp. z o.o. office. The terms of purchase (price, quantity, deadlines, etc.) will be determined individually.

1.3. Legal basis
These Terms and Conditions take into account generally accepted commercial standards and selected requirements of European law, as well as the specific nature of the business of 2K-Trade Sp. z o.o.
Individual provisions may be modified if required by the law of the country in which the customer is registered or in which the delivery is made.

1.4. Validity and acceptance of the Terms and Conditions
By placing an order via the website or by email, you declare that:

• You are acting as an entrepreneur (legal entity, sole trader) and are purchasing goods for purposes related to your business or professional activity.
• You have read these Terms and Conditions and accept their terms.
• The Terms and Conditions are available on the 2K-Trade Sp. z o.o. website and are binding on all business customers (B2B) who make purchases from our company.

2. Terms and conditions of returning goods (B2B)

2.1. Unconditional return
2K-Trade Sp. z o.o. does not accept unconditional returns of goods after shipment, unless the conditions specified in these Terms and Conditions (quality defects or assortment errors) are met.
Business customers (B2B) do not have the consumer right to return goods without giving a reason, which is provided for in consumer protection regulations.

2.2. Exceptions (Complaints)
Complaints are only accepted in the following situations:

• Quality defects: manufacturing defects or other damage not caused by the buyer.
• Errors in the assortment: receipt of goods or quantities other than those ordered.

3. Complaint procedure

3.1. Complaint submission deadline
In the event of quality defects or assortment non-compliance, the buyer is obliged to immediately (usually no later than within 5-7 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods) send a written complaint (e-mail) to the seller.

3.2. Form and contact address
Please send all complaints to the following e-mail address: support@2k-trade.com.
In the subject line, please write: "Complaint regarding order no. ___ dated ___", filling in the order/receipt number and date accordingly.

3.3. Content of the complaint
The complaint should include:

• The order number and date,
• Name and quantity of the goods being complained about,
• A description of the defects or non-compliance found,
• Photographic or video documentation (especially in the case of damage to the packaging or the product itself).

3.4. Further verification
2K-Trade Sp. z o.o. reserves the right to request additional information from the Buyer and, in justified cases, to conduct an expert examination or inspection of the goods (with the participation of a company representative or expert).

4. Complaint handling and compensation

4.1. Handling time
The standard time for handling a complaint is up to 14 calendar days from the moment 2K-Trade Sp. z o.o. receives all the information necessary to handle the complaint.

4.2. Possible solutions
If the complaint is considered justified, 2K-Trade Sp. z o.o. may propose:

• Replacement of the goods with the same or equivalent goods in terms of parameters,
• Partial or full refund, including the price of the goods and any transport costs,
• Another solution agreed with the Buyer (e.g. a discount on the next order).

4.3. Rejection of a complaint
If a complaint is rejected, the company shall provide the Buyer with a written (e-mail) response together with the reasons for its decision.

8.3. Invalidity of individual provisions
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or contrary to applicable law, the remaining provisions shall remain in force and shall be binding on the parties without change.
